Additionally, they conduct conditioning, yoga, and mobility sessions designed specifically for climbers. Hangdog offers more than 140 different climbing routes on 40 ropes, providing a diverse range of climbs that vary in difficulty from easy to very challenging.
What to do at Hangdog Climbing Gym
Hangdog will teach you how to safely belay your partner (hold and control the rope) within a few minutes during your first visit. For children, Hangdog provides holiday workshops and ‘Learn to Climb’ classes held weekly during the school term.
The gym offers indoor caving, a variety of climbing equipment available for rent, coaching sessions for both kids and adults, a one-time entry fee that is valid for the entire day, a free introductory lesson included with your entry fee, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult to climb and free parking.
